Default 954 RR Fuel Pressure Regulator

So I've been having some issued with my bike see: https://cbrforum.com/forum/general-t...-smell-157659/

and someone recommended checking the fuel pressure regulator. Well I did, and when I turn the key and the fuel pump primes, gas comes pouring out of the FPR where the vacuum line attaches. I'm guessing this means the diaphragm in the FPR is shot correct and that the FPR needs to be replaced? I can post a video if need be.

Where would be the best (Fastest/cheapest) place to order a FPR from? Local dealer said $103 and 2-3 days.
Does anyone know the honda part number for the 954RR FPR? I believe it's 16740-MCJ-013
And is the FPR on the 954 the same as the one on the 929/900? Is there any other OEM FPR's that are compatible with the 954's?

-Thank you!
