my 95 cbr 600 f3 feels like its running out of gas or misfireing and wont go faster then 40mph and stalls. it idles fine. i recently replaced cct & speed sensor and the tank was taken off the bike to do the work. and was cleaned out. if anybody has any advice i would really appreciate it

 

Since you removed the tank, my first guess would be when you put the tank back on, you either pinched the fuel line, or you pinched off the vent tube.

next time it happens, pull over right away and pop open your gas cap. If you hear a wooosh... then your vent tube is plugged. If not, I would lift the tank back up and make sure your fuel line is not pinched.

 

i took the tank back off and all the hoses and cleaned them out and got a lot of rust particals out of them. no hoses were pinched i put it back together and its still not running right it seems to be back fireing when idleing, i go to give it some gas and it stalls. could it be from installing the manual cam chain tentioner.
