Default 94' CBR1000f and CB 1000f differences

Are there any differences between the 1994 CBR 1000f and the CB 1000f? A friend of mine is selling his 94' CBR 1000f. Personally, I like the looks of the CB 1000f, prefer the naked look. Can I convert the CBR to a CB cosmeticly? After the cowlings, looks like the tank, seat and rear fender are different.

Doesn't sound like an option to me, the CB's have a heap of effort going into hiding the ugly bits because their open to plain sight, the R covers it all up so there is no beautifying effort gone into the intestines...

I'm sure you could spend heaps of time and effort rerouting looms and pipes and stuff and mod up some specific panels to make a unique bike... but still.. I wouldn't...
