Default 929 transmission.

I have a 01 CBR 929RR. I have second gear that slips into neutral at 6500 rpm. I am wondering if you have to pull the engine to replace the transmission, or if there are any tricks out there to get the job done?

To get to the transmission internals, you will need to split the engine case. This requires removal of the engine to be able to get to all the bolts and ability to turn it upside down.

Make sure to work clean and organised. There are some little parts in there that must go back together correctly.
