Default 929 with pcIII wont fire

Hey guys, i'm relatively new to this site and would like to enlist those of you who are more knowledgeable about the subject. I have an 01(fuel injected) erion 929. It has pcIII, full exhaust, air filter, intake valve mod, etc. My problem exists in the lack of fire to the spark plugs. The problem started as an intermittent no start and has evolved into the current wont start ever. haha! could the power commander come unplugged, damaged, loose connection, etc. i did not install the pc and do not know exactly how it works. If a problem does exist with the pc, would that cause a total loss of fire to the plugs, or would the stock settings and wiring take over given a failure within the pc system.
Or, it could be any number of other things, any help would be great. i'm about to divulge into it shortly and just wanta RIDE!

meaning the angle bank sensor, or T.I.P. as in something else? i've gotten it all taken apart and the pc removed for analysis. i'm leaning toward a sensor going out, such as a cam or crank sensor. i was hoping for a loose wire or unplugged connector, but i think it's deeper and something IS actually screwed up. it comes at such a pinnacle too, the middle of riding season. haha! what luck.
