i was replacing the hand grips on both sides and wanted to add some bar ends because the bike didn't have any when i got it. no problem with the grips. on the left side, i tried to screw in the bar end and it wouldn't screw in, so i was able to remove the part inside the left handle bar and install the bar end. the throttle side is giving me an issue. there is a piece inside the throttle end with a thread. i can't get it out to replace and install the new bar end. any thoughts. here is a pic of what it looks like inside the throttle end (http://i984.photobucket.com/albums/a...hrottleend.jpg).

 

You'll need a long enough bolt in the proper pitch and thread ( I know its a 6mm thread and i'm guessing a 1.25 pitch ) to screw in to that part and give you something to pull on with pliers or vise grips. Even then it might not be so easy to get out, use some wd-40/spray lube liberally. Good luck
