Default 600f4i electrical gremlins

Hi, new member 😁 bought my mates crashed CBR600F4i 2001 PC35. Ran fine even after crash. Been sat for ages so battery was replaced as no power at all battery would only charge to 6V.. Then it went haywire.
Nothing off the starter button. Starter relay is fine. Bike will crank if shorted (sometimes) All lights and dash were working (with new battery) then suddenly went off. When they did come back on no neutral light. Then they went off completely. Only seem to have 5V at the ignition switch from the battery. If I run a wire up all lights (except neutral) come on. Still no start though. Read about the pink wire and diode but this bike doesnt have one.
Im guessing some kind of short between battery/relay and ignition. Was wondering about the pink wire as everything I read says it should have one.
Just weird as this has happened suddenly when everything worked fine. Bike was parked up and not run for around 2 months.
pic attached of the ignition switch wiring. Haven't started testing anything else as yet. Ih and the fuel pump no longer primes
thanks
Guy

Welcome to the forum, sorry to hear you having problems.
As you are in the UK, presumably you have a UK/EU bike, if so then you will not have the 'pink wire / diode' you will have the HISS system installed which is an electronic communication from key to switch barrel to ECM.
I hate to say but sounds like the ECM.
