Well since you had the jets done at a shop and you don't really know if they did check the float levels, possibly they will open the carbs up for you at no charge. It worth the try, and see if the floats are stuck. Possibly when the bike went down it did change the float settings that is causing the bike to either starve or flood the engine. Possibly its not getting enough gas when you are going over 60 mph since the float levels could be too low starving the bike for gas. Just a thought.

finally up and going! thanks for the help:
it WAS the Air intake form the Air Solenoid that was not getting enough airflow an flooding out the carb barrels. if you have this problem, be sure that the two tubes in front of the bike (the upper cowl just next to the ram air (that goes into the airbox)) are in the highest airflow possible.
mine was not, and it caused mixture problems that flooded the bike out at higher rpm ranges. THANKS AGAIN TO ALL!
