Default 2006 No start issue

I am in the process of putting my 06 CBR RR back together after laying it down and I cant get it to start. I have a Clymer manual and have followed through that. Basically I have no spark at the injectors or at the plugs. I have checked fuses, wire connections, Start/Stop switchand anything else I could think of. The manual says to replace the ECM but it ran before I took the bike apart so I dont see why the ECM would have crapped out while sitting in the garage while repairing the rest of the bike. Does anybody have any ideas of what else to look at???????

$10 says your fuel pump doesn't come on either... Your BAS is probably upside-down.

See that device below the dash connector? In this picture it's in the correct orientation. check yours against this and try again.

Do all the electrical connectors shown in the pic above have to be pluged in to start the bike?

Well I found out that the BAS has to be plugged in otherwise the fuel pump wont come on, anybody have any idea if you can by-pass it? I'm in the process of making my bike track ready, I'm just trying to strip all un-needed parts, thanks

Yes you can bypass it you just have to short the wires with some sort of jumper wire. I believe it's the red & green wire. somebody please correct me if I'm wrong.
