In the video I begging to pull the throttle and around 8k it just stops accelerating and won’t go over 8k even as i am continuously pulling the throttle. This happens pretty often but there are times that I can go 2-3 hours and it doesn’t happen, when it does all I have to do is turn my bike off and back on and i can rev all the way again until it starts to limit me. I haven’t really looked at anything yet, suspect maybe the fuel pump?? Any suggestions or help is much much appreciated.

 

As it is intermittent, probably suggesting a wiring issue. Go through all of the connectors give them a good clean and spray with a contact cleaner / dialectric grease.
