Default 2006 cbr125r playing up

hi there sorry if it’s a dumb ask or if i’m not looking at the right place but i took my bike to a garage and for a new radiator thermostat and water pump gear for my 2006 honda cbr125r and as soon as i left the garage and got close to home the bike bogged down and cut out and i couldn’t electric start it had to bump which worked and i took it the rest of the way home and the electric start worked. i then proceeded to ride it to work with no problems until my shift ended and the bike wouldn’t start and the battery died leaving me to try bump for an hour and it wouldn’t. i pushed it home and the next morning i charged the battery full and it ran perfect until it didn’t it proceeded to bog down after an hour of riding and broken down in the middle of nowhere. got a relative to pick the bike up and take it home i was recommended to replace the battery and spark plug which i did yesterday and after doing so the bike was amazing started first try every try took it home again from the place i was staying at which was an hour and a half away and it didn’t cut out once and was perfect took it to work and it was fine. flash forward to after my shift i started the bike and it idled perfectly and i was getting ready to go. 1st gear good 2nd gear it started to bog down out of nowhere and cut off i couldnt bump it as electric start would only turn the engine over and wouldn’t start. i’m at a loss i’ll re check the spark plug tomorrow morning but i don’t know what it could be as when replaced battery and spark plug the battery was charging when running as multimeter showed voltage of 13.80 (running) so it was retaining charge and the spark plug (old) was black at the compound was very low. new spark plug in and it ran great then all of a sudden it won’t start again any advice on what to test / check as i really don’t want to take it back to the garage

Seems like garage broke something. I would take it back and demand they fix it.

Check to see if you have water in the fuel - better still, drain all the fuel and replace with quality gas, and use some injector cleaner.

Are CBR 125's easy to use when filtering through traffic and comfortable to ride for an hour or so at a time?
