Default 2005 600rr: Replacing swingarm, a couple of ?'s...

I'm replacing my swingarm on my 05 600rr. Just a stock replacement because I dropped my bike and the swingarm got a little damaged. My bike is about a month old with 1500 miles on it. The dealership I talked to recommended me getting new bearings because the old ones might get damaged when removing them plus you need to press in new ones anyways. I also talked to another dealership and they told me to maybe replace anything rubber? Maybe dust seals? I don't know...I was thinking the bearings would be good enough and they could reuse any old parts because my bike isn't that old anyways. Please let me know if you have any info. Thanks
