Hello, I unscrewed the kill switch/ starter box and now that I am trying to screw them back together, they won't line up. It feels like there is something blocking the pieces from fitting perfectly but there is nothing there. I am not sure why, is there a specific way to put them back together?

I would really appreciate anyones help.

 

Is it possible that one half is caught on the throttle body or one of the cable ends not sitting correctly?
