2000 CBR has no power(Electrical)
Dropped the battery in for the spring and didn't realize that I installed it backwards until I had 1 terminal touching and the other was close enough to spark. Killed all the power to the bike obviously. Found the 30 fuse next to the battery, replaced it. Hooked the battery up correctly, turned bike over 2 or 3 times and it started up just fine and idled for 20 min or so with no problems. Came home from work yesterday, turned the key to the on position, hit the starter button, and lost all power again. Double checked fuse and it's not burned out, put the battery on a charger and it took a charge fine (it's only a year or so old and was inside all winter). Any suggestions on where to start next??

I would check all of your fuses, including the ones under your fairings. Its possible that all of them could have been damaged. It may just be a coincidance that another may have failed after the fact. It may have been weakened by the battery hooked up wrong.
You should have an iginition fuse somewhere under your fairings. Im not sure exactly where on that bike, but most have a small black box with a rubber cover on them. My guess would be on the left hand side behind your upper fairing, but a look at your owners manual should tell you the exact spot.
