Default 2000 CBR F4 hard time starting

Bike sat for the greater part of two years in the garage and after replacing the battery it's having a hard time starting. Gas was left during storage without stabilizer. Bike starts idles at 1k then dies. After several attempts the bike will eventually idle rough and warms up to actually run super sluggish. Can't give it any throttle while it's idling at 1k it dies.

Any idea?

Sounds like your carbs are gummed up (old petrol turns into varnish in the jets/passages etc if left sitting for a long time) - I would remove the carbs and strip and clean them.
