Default 03 Honda cbr 600 F4i - sub harness - fuel cut off relay - fuel pump won’t prime

Hello everyone. So I own a stunt bike and the other day I took it for a ride, and the rear sub harness fell out from where it was mounted, and got completely destroyed by the tire and chain. Definitely shorted a few times in the process. I purchased a new harness from a friend, but the relays were missing. I plugged in the old relays, although I hear them click, I am sure they are shot. So I tried jumping the relay diagonal from the solid brown wire, to the black and white. Nothing happened. Hmm okay, so I watched a YouTube video.. guy also says you can jump the wire from the solid brown to the solid green at the pump connector under tank. That didn’t work either. So I’m thinking, well **** me I fried something.. gonna need a whole new harness or the pump is fried. Well I took a wire from the battery and touched it to the solid brown wire at the relay, and the fuel pump came on. What the hell do I do now? Purchase new relays ?

ill post pictures later.

Also forgot to add. Bike has woodcraft ignition, kick stand sensor, and tip sensor completely bypassed. Starts with kill switch.

Instead of jumping things together, find out what powers amd grounds you have or don't have. I recently had a f4i that had no pump or relay action. I traced it to a broken ground wire for the ECM.
