ok buddy has the bike. tps tests good, fuel psi is 52. plugs are good just had a tune up read that the second injectors come on at 55000 ??? i work on cars so i have a tool to see if the injectors are working and they are .but not sure about the second set do they only come on under load . or just reving the bike any one know??. the magnito test good. any one have any ideas..

 

im not sure if the second set are throttle position related or load related. I can say its odd for the injectors to go bad on these bikes. Fuel pressure regulators and pumps are the generally the culprit of a fuel system problem with modern FI bikes. Its not impossible, just not as common.

Did you test the pressure before or after the FPR?

Where it breaking up at? If its only in the upper rpms, you may want to check the coils. A weak coil can cause those types of issues.

Do you have any more info on the bike itself? A history? It may help others here give you a better idea of what to look for.
