why do i need to get an email everytime theres a new thread made anywhere on this forum?! i cant turn it off either!!!!

It's because you had a lot of "My Subscriptions".

I went into your profile and removed all subscriptions. Go back and only subscribe to the threads you would like to receive emails on.
