Every time I check my e-mail there is like 50 - 60 notifications of every post made on the forum...how do I stop that? [&:]

 

Click on the "MY FORUMS" link at the top of the page. Then go into "MY SUBSCRIPTIONS" link. Uncheck all the boxes. The ones you want e-mails from you can leave checked.

Also go to My profile at the top and make sure the selections under "My preferences" meet what you want as your standards. Make sure the selection to subscribe to every topic you post to is not selected. Also make sure the notifications are set correctly.
