Arrow Yoshimura repack kits

Does anyone have experience rebuilding and repacking their muffler? I have a Yoshimura exhaust that came with the bike and noticed some busted rivets, one of which is spinning in place. The repacking kit comes with muffler packing material, new rivets and brand plaques. Yoshimura charges about $50 for all the parts. I don't have any metal fabrication experience in terms of welding but that is not required for this process. Drilling out old rivets and busting out the old rivet gun should be the bulk of it, I think?
Has anyone done this or a similar process with their muffler and is it as straight forward as opening it up, replacing the material and riveting it all back together?

Hey, Momo! Never done it but this guy has never steered me wrong on the repairs I have done -

Looks to be about as straightforward as you can get! Good luck!
