Wiring a new license plate bulb

I gotta get this wired up to pass inspection. I know It's the white one but where can I get the pigtail that will go inside that? and what is it called?

if you dont have one... peel back that rubber thing and splice into the wires with these:

Or, if you need to pass tech, like soon, just grab those "screw lights" that will hold you plate in, and light it up as a temp fix.

Aha, uncanny. I actually was going to post this to make certain. So on the tap in, go to the other end of the connector?
