Can anyone tell me what the plug I have circles in the image I attached hooks up to? I cannot figure it out? I have looked around and hoped someone on here would be able to lead me in the right direction. Thanks for any help.

 

What color are the wires?

Its probably the diagnostic connector.

 

yup thats the diagnostics. it shouldnt be connected to anything.

 

You jump that connector with a pin to find out problems with the bike depending on the Fi light pattern.
