DanMoto Exhaust/ Shinko Tires
Hey fellow riders, been awhile since i posted.
So when i bought the bike it was equipped with a 2-bros pipe from an ATV so the pipe was fabricated onto a bracket off of another models rear peg set..
Well, last week the bracket it was attached to decided to hit the road (literally) lol
So the exhaust was taken off to keep from further damaging the headers it connects to. It is Loud as hell even with my earplugs on.
My plan was to find another way to bolt up the exhaust but its too much of a hassle. Now brings me to my point...
---I have browsed danmoto's website, and came across the Conical GP. its $117.00 before taxes and I plan on ordering one next week and having it painted black. Does anyone know somebody who has this exhaust or similar?
---I'm also browsing tires and came across the Shinko 011 Verge tire combo on Motosport.com. they are $209.00 before taxes.
I live in phoenix where there are very few curves in the road. Are these tires suitable for my neck of the woods?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

If by very few curves you mean you can wear the michelin man off the edge of pilot powers within 10 miles then yes you are correct. Phoenix is nothing but freeway exchanges that can be taken at very high speed and lean angles. If you ride the bike slowly and without fun then yeah those shinkos would work but for maybe $40 more you should be able to get pilot powers and they are twice the tire the shinko's are. I don't know much about the exhaust but I do have an extra yoshimura mid pipe if you want to try it. Just gotta take the crushed muffler off the end
