So i just recently got me an f4i and ive prepped and painted all the plastics and am starting to prep the tank. I just drained it yesterday. Im pretty new with motorcycles and am curious since i have the bike pretty much stripped of cosmetics and gas tank are there any parts or sensors that should be replaced now instead of waiting till everything is on it. a little info about the bike its an 01 f4i 46xxx miles.

 

Check all hoses & fuel lines, replace as necessary.
Check your fuel & air filters, replace as necessary.

 

Spark plugs, valve clearance check/adjustment, new air filter, replace your cctl if it's noisy (see sticky thread).
