it all will work. the tail n seat is diff but will work.

Will the newer seats mount up to the stock points> IE, I just need the 04-06 driver and passenger seats and the body panels and it will all bolt right up?

No, it will not directly bolt on. I believe you would need to swap out the entire subframe, undertray, plastics, battery tray, etc.

04 - 06 is the banana seat, 01 - 03 is the split seats. the seats n fairing will not interchange with the other without changing the subframe.
