I am replacing my shift drum and forks in my '02 F4i. What other years and models use the same ones and are interchangable?

 

They are interchangeable right up to 06 I believe. If you go to your local honda dealer they can tell you for sure. Just cross reference the partnumbers and see how many years have the same numbers. I suspect you'll find that the 2001 right up to 2006 are the same. The older F4's could be the same as well.
