What is this part?

What is the little silver round canister called just under the seat at the top. I saw a kid with a cool budlight decal on this part and was looking to get the same. Problem is I don't know what its called!

It's the Rear shock reservoir... And you won't be able to buy a cover for it (at least to my knowledge). You'll have to make one...

Get a can of your fav drink, remove the top and bottom of said can, cut down the side, trim if necessary, cover the cansiter and clamp it back down. You win!
