What did you do to your F4i today?
Installed 8000k HIDs today, downside is the bloody high beam doesn't seem to work..not sure what's up with it, when I got the bike the PO said it was just the bulb, methinks he's a liar. I also discovered the fairing bolts are mixed matched in ways they shouldn't be.
The high beam HID may not be working at this moment but, I took the bike for a quick rip over to my brothers place any ways, low beam works great - although it's aim is way too high. Obligatory photos.

Edit: Day time photo from Feb. 1 - had a clear day finally so, I was able to get in a proper ride without my hands going completely numb.

Well, the day before yesterday, I pulled the rear wheel, cleaned the sprockets, chain, swingarm, and surrounding areas. Checked the condition of the wheel bearings, dust seals, and O ring on the rear wheel. Cleaned the rear axle and put a light coating of synthetic grease on it for protection from corrosion. I put everything back on, then performed a rear wheel alignment using the string method. I can usually get it within a millimeter or so.
Today, I changed the oil and filter (it was over filled) and cleaned the surrounding areas. I then pulled the rear brake caliper, disassembled it, cleaned the piston and O rings. Checked the piston for excessive wear. Flushed the brake fluid, the reassembled it. Bled the brakes, then took for a short test ride up the street to make sure everything was still working right.

Ah very good to know, thanks a bunch for the tip! I did notice there's a green and I think orange bit of wire/plug (when I was checking the fuses) that's not connected to any thing under the seat..I'll take a look for that relay though, thankfully I have a service manual.

still undecided on a shorty can mod or a high lift link pipe ? Wadda ya think ?
