Weird Problem
So I finally got my bike up and running since my crash, replaced pretty much everything but the engine and frame lol. So today I pulled the bike out to start it so I could bleed the air out of my cooling system. So I was letting the bike run and hitting the throttle when I decided to put it in gear and check my clutch adjustment when out of nowhere my gauge turned off. It only shows the time and when I turn the brights on. Nothing else. So I unpluged the two connectors and plug them back in and the needle does reset itself(goes to max rpm then back down to 0) I checked fuses and there all good. I've turned the bike on many times since my wreck and the gauges hasnt given me any problems til now. Then I also noticed that the sensor that kills the bike when you hit first with the kick stand down doesnt work either. Which im sure it worked after the crash because last weekend I did it and it killed the motor. The only eletric thing ive done is put a resistor in where the o2 sensor plugs in bc I ripped mine off and I read on a 600RR forum about this mod that cost 99cents and it worked great, no red light. When I turn the key the fuel pump primes and bike starts right up but gauge doesnt do anything but display the time. What could be causing this? Thanks
