Default Vortex Rear Stand

Will the vortex rear stand work on a f4i? I read somewhere that RR's can't use universal stands and I don't know if this applies to f4i's as well.

Yeah I have a Vortex stand and it works on my 05 F4i. Im not sure about the RR thing either because you can adjust either side of the stand to the width of almost the whole stand so Im not sure why itd be a problem with the RR.

It was something about the swingarm being different heights on either side.

Thanks for clearing that up for me.

Yes the stand works, but you don't have the option of spools. And I was one of many that thought the RR couldn't use a universal stand. But I was wrong. The swing arm has a different design on each side, but you can still use a universal stand. I still manage to take my rear wheel off using my vortex stand as a universal. I'm the only one around here that has stand so everyone comes to me to do any work and I got tired of changing to universal to spools... so I leave my stands as universal.
