Just make sure whatever you used is ok for aluminum engines, and keep your mix at 50/50. I personally used distilled water when mixing. I have heard good things about engine ice as well, supposed to drop your running temps up to 15 degrees.

The answer I got yesterday in a thread I made in this exact forum about this exact topic is to make sure it doesn't have silicate inhibitors and is safe for aluminum. I couldn't find anything at AutoZone, Checker, Wal*Mart, or Target that specifically said both. I'm dropping by the motorcycle shop today to pick up some Engine Ice.
