Like the title says, whatbrand and weight of oil do you use in your f4i?

Amsoil full synthetic for motorcycles SAE 10w40 i think

Repsol 10w-40 and when the wallet allows it Repsol 10w-50

lucas full syn 10w30 but its about $10.00 a quart

I use the Honda 10w40 full synth in all my bikes just cause I get a good deal from a local shop that helps me out
I used to use the Repsol racing oil (think it was 10w50 but not 100% sure) in my race bikes but it does not last very long on the track, a full weekend with that stuff is pushing it
