Default Tuning question

May sound silly but I was wondering if anyone has tried using a more modern tuner on their F4i such as a PCV for instance? I'm run a shop based out of Wilmington, NC and we are building a track bike to play on right now. Running Wiseco +2 pistons with Carrillo rods, cbr zone cams and kibblewhite supporting valvetrain. 600rr swinger with an Elka 1000rr rear shock and 1000rr front end. I just wanted to give everyone a little taste of what the bike is like. I'll post some pics once I get them uploaded at the shop. I have looked into MegaSquirt for a tuning option and it can be done. It's a lot of work though so I was wondering if anyone here has tried any other tuner. Thanks for any input.

The plugs look close but I'm not sure if there's actually any benefit by using the PC-V. I have port work on the intake and the throttle bodies are ported as well. I ported the tb's by hand and then capped one end off and did a fluid cc test to be sure they were all exactly the same.

I seem to remember someone having used a bazzaz on an F4i but don't remember specifics.
