Default DDM Tuning HID question

I have a 02 f4i and wanted to get some HID's. I was recommened to DDM tuning and am liking them so far. My question is, do I need to get 2 single kits? One for the left (low beam) and one for the right (high beam)? Is that how the f4i's lights are or am I wrong?
Thanks for the help guys

Yes there H7's 35W Slim Ballasts (Comes with 2 bulbs and 2 ballasts).
And the Hi/Lo are the exact same bulb.
