i got a stand just like the one on the link below.

when i try to lift the bike on it, it's touching the upper cowl even before the bike is lifted. having said that, it looks like this is going to go right through the cowl if i even try lifting it.

has anyone used this stand on a f4i? if so, how and what did you have to do?

any help would be appreciated.

I've got the same stand and mine works flawlessly. It does look like it'll rub or put pressure on the fairing but when I push down on the stand to lift it it clears it fine. Here's a link to a video on the website if it helps any.
