since my felony arrest for doing 169 in a 65....my bike is now strictly a track bike what tire would you guys recomend for the track and track only...no street. thanks!

 

No clue on that one man, you should go into the Track and race stories section, or something like that

 

diablo corsas if you're not super duper racer hardcore, but hardcore enough and run at the top of the intermediate group.
for advanced...i'd go with the Pilot race, supercorsa race, metzler, etc....i wouldn't get slicks or anything that would be killed by heat cycles.

 

Michelin Power Race. I recommend a soft front and PR5 rear. Also, get some tire warmers to help prevent cold tearing the tires and to help prevent cold tire crashes.

 

My buddy races his ZX6R and tire warmers are expensive (~$500) and then you need a generator as well to power them...so it gets expensive.

BUT in the long run it would eventually pay for itself (after a LONG time) since you could get a little more life out of the tires
