Hey guys am doing a track day soon and wondering what sort of pressures i should run for the track.
Currently 40 on rear and 36 on front bikes a cbr 600 f4 99 running battlax tyres
Any help would bve great

It really depends on the rider, the track, & the temperature.

30-32 front & 30-34 rear.

The pressures you list above are for everyday street riding, not track.

 

You will find a guy there doing tyre pressures on the day, I did a track day at Silverstone last year and there is an official tyre man there with a compressor that works out the pressures and then does them for you for free.
