Yeah does that fit the stock swingarm? Is there any advantage/dis-advantage in running this size?

it'll fit but the tire is pinched on the rim more than its supposed to be so its squeezes the tire, so it will have a steeper edge than its supposed to. It gives more grip at lean but makes transitions more difficult. It should also make the contact patch while straight up more narrow but it may not be significant. Most 190s are made for 6" wheels not the 5.5" most 600s have, they make some race tires in 190 that are made for the 5.5" wheels but no street tires that I know of.

the 190 offers no useful benefits on the street and will weigh a bit more so there will be a marginal reduction in performance due to the extra rotating mass but nothing significant.
