Default time to test the warrenty already

Last night crusiin in town i hear this weird *** loud humming like a electrical motor burning up. so i look down and my gauge is 235 i'm like theres no f'n way thats the fan. So I pulled over in my friends house and checked it out and sure enough the noise is comming from the fan and it isnt spinning. So i stick my finger in there and give it a twirl and it sounds like its eating my rad!!!. so i shut it off and waited till it got cooler and rode it home. So my question is how many people have experienced this?

ok so heres a update for those who care. My bikes cooling fan motor was taking in heat and distributing it threw the fan blades which warped them and casued the fan to malfunction. My dealer ordered a new fan assy as directed by honda. Honda susposidly calls them back 2 days later telling them to test my fan motor because there having the issue I describe above happen to 06 F4I's. So after the test and determin this was the problem now they need to order those parts as well. Ive been almost 7 days without my bike i bought on the 10th. So after talking to the guy hes got my parts on next day order and I should have it back tommorow.

I have an 06 f4i too. Since u said that o6 f4i's might be having an issue with the fan assy, check if this issue has got any recall alerts & let us know. I'll check with my dealer too.

Did you check the electrical connection? SOme times after a hard ride they loosen up. Take a peep! I dont think it has anything to do with a bolt. (could be wrong)
