the dealer must prove that the power commander caused the problem (if you ever have one) in order for it to void the warrenty. i wouldn't worry about it. just install it and, if you have a problem while under warrenty, unplug it and take it to the dealer for service. that's the cool thing about the power commander, it's easy to install and just as easy to un-install.

Yup...exactly what he said

So IF you had a problem, just take it off and take it to the dealer.
They have to prove that the power commander caused the problem.
And that would be very hard for them to do if you don't have it on the bike...LOL

Like all things. The dealer would have to prove your mods caused the problem.

I don't see why this would suprise anyone... geee custom fuel management voiding a warranty... I wonder why?

just take the thing off and leave the factory ECU plugged in... they'll never know. unless you put a freakin dyno jet sticker on the bike or somethen.

Actually im pretty sure that it says on the side of the box that it will not void your warranty.

Even by dialing it all ****ty, its only adjusting the fuel, your either not going to give it enough fuel or your gonna give it to much.

I wouldnt see how it would destroy the bike. It would be from you revving the nuts out of the bike

Also you could just take it right back off if anything happened, its just a plug and play device

I believe it is up to the discresion of the dealership, but they would have to prove it was the power commander.
