Today I was riding down the road and all the sudden no power I twist the throttle and nothing. So I rolled in a parking lot and found out what was going on. Normally I barely twist the throttle and it revs up now I have to twist it about 3/4 of the way before it will do anything. And its not smooth I will try to take off and twist it sometimes it with over rev and other times it won't do anything at all. So can anybody help me diagonis my problem?

 

sounds like the cable has slipped at one end or the other. or maybe even broke.
