yeah my friend had a shorty D&D with no PC. not only does his pop, but shoots massive blue flames and smells of gas.. i get sick riding behind him cuz he runs pretty rich on decel

 

i havent had any poping noises but it will rumble a bit.. it will pop a bit if i engine brake...

 

Man I wish my F4i popped and shot flames =[ lol

yea it will def pop and rumble everynow and then.. I was riding through a tunnel and my buddies behind me said they say flames coming out. Not sure if thats a good thing or bad thing but my friends get a kick out of it.

Its called backfiring. Both of my bikes with aftermarket exhaust have backfired. I'm not sure if all exhaust (including stock, which you might not hear cuz of the extra baffling) do it, of if only aftermarket exhaust. If it is the latter, it probably has something to do with the decrease in backpressure.

 

I HAVE a PCIII and it still does it! Even after the full custom map. If you are curious you really got to cut open your stock can. I'm surprised you can even hear the bike the way it is designed. It probably pops like crazy, but you'd never hear it.
