im looking for an alternative for the "grip tape" on side tank for better grip....Ive seen stomp grip and Tech Spec's version any ideas for a clean clear look?

 

I use a clear non adhesive vinyl stuff that's static cling. You cut it to shape out of a sheet, spray on water then squgee it so there's no bubbles. It's more for a paint guard, but it's also pretty grippy and does not peel. I got it from chaparral.

 

i use tech spec clear one
its pretty good and helps me grip the tank when braking

but the grip coat is starting to peel off. They do give 3 replacement for each side and a tank protector

 

I have heard good things about "Stompgrip" it's clear rubber stuff and it's not supposed to tear up your leathers like grip tape.
