I have an 03 f4i, and the taillights dont work. everytime i put a fuse in, it blows. I check the wiring to see if something was grounding out, no luck. I am missing both the HEADlight relay and the TURNsignal relay...which brings me to my question...could either of those have anything to do with the taillight? any help is appreciated

 

By checking the wiring did you per chance ohm it out? If so what did it read? An owners manual should tell you everything that's on a particular fuse - if not a shop manual definitely will.
