do you have to have both bulbs in for the tailight to work? i ran some wire through the light without the bulb and the tailight came on for a little, and then it blew the fuse..so i fixed that and now im thinking i just need to have both bulbs in for the tailight to work..the brake light does work tho..any ideas?

 

you shouldnt have to because each bulb is wired separate.

 

thats what i thought to..but when i connected the wire in the socket of the empty one it worked..i dont know..gotta figure out where to get a bulb like that and just try it i guess.
