tail light question

Default tail light question
found 2 diffefrent lights for my 09. there is the one that sits above the rear tire hugger. and i just found another that sits in between the rear fairing and above the exhaust. anyone have these? pros and cons? seems like the one above the exhaust would melt.

A lot of people use a Tripage or TSTindustries IT and so far I have not heard of 1 light melting. Here is a picture thread to some IT's "IT" Pics Only : Honda CBR 600RR Sportbike Forum : 600RR.Net

I have TST and because my bike is lowered, it is touching my cf yoshi, but it doesn't have melting problem at all. I like TST one
