Default Tail light problem

After buying my bike and having my friend drive it around i noticed that the rear turn signals were not very noticable at all.
I went and bought some rear turn signals and after taking everything off i relized that they used windshield fluid sprayers as turn signals!!!

I got everything unwired and rewired back up. Bring turn signals yay....
Now my tail light are not lite up at ALL.
Brake lights work, just no running tail lights, this is a problem if i want to drive it in the dark.

I have absolutly no idea what is wrong.
When i took everything apart i could tell that they had no idea what they were doing when they wired these "turn signals" in.

Before i changed them out i could tell that one bulb was dimmer then the other one. I just have no idea what to do.... 3 hours later im going to bed. Needing info lol

Needing some help asap...

Did you unhook the negative terminal on your battery before you played with any of the wiring?? If not I would check the fuse to see if it has blown. The above is correct though: Green-Ground Black-Running lights Red-Brake and the orange and blue are turn signals. Just check all your connections after you check the fuse and make sure everything has good connections and there is nothing grounding out anywhere(such as frayed wire hitting metal).
