Default RE: t-rex sliders drop

There are so many posts about no cut frames sliders I didn't know where to post this so here it is. A little while ago I got distracted for a split second by a little girl who fell off here bicycle. I should have been more concerned about my self because right at that moment the honda in front of me stopped on the middle of the intersection, a normal thing for morning traffic on the road I was on. If I had another three feet I would have stopped and nothing would have happened. I instead I gave the honda a little tap and fell over. I picked the bike up and thought hmmmm looks like these t-rex no cut frame sliders worked. Then after getting my forks straightened and replacing the triple, about two weeks laterI noticed a little oil spot in my garage. After ignoring the problem for a while I finally got around to doing some exploritory surgery. I found a two inch crack on the cyclinder head that is conviently flush to where the frame slider was. I should have really taken the time and just cut some holes in my fairings and got vortex sliders.
