Default Stuttering Acceleration

Ok here is the story, i have an 02 F4i and when im accelerating anywhere under 30 mph the throttle seems unsteady. At first i was thinking that they people who did my tires didnt balance it right but when i pull in the clutch the bike rides smooth. Is it possible that somehow my setting on my PCIII got scewed up. And if so how hard is it to remap it??

Could be bad or old gas. Try siphoning it out and putting in some some fresh stuff.

Ive gone through about 2 full tanks and still does it, and as far as the pcIII i have no idea where and how its connected all i know is its under my seat. i did notice though that when i open the throttle up all the way the lights on it dont go up all the way to the top. does the throttle need to be sync with the PC?

Well i just finished changing my chain and sprockets and the problem cleared up, i guess it was the super stretched chain that was throwing off my acceleration .
