Fuel pump turns on
Ignition good
Kill switch functioning
Neutral switch good
Side stand switch good
battery voltage at 12.4V after many start attempts.

The engine was oil hydrolocked... took the spark plugs out and hit the starter and PEWWW!!! oil everywhere... thanks anyways guys.

To anyone else curious the starter is directly above your left hand side case cover and the small prong at the top covered in rubber is the positive side terminal which should read approx. 5.7v when cranking the engine.
